All of our trainers are certified and knowledgeable. We can help you get ready for a wedding, sport, physique competition or just help you get a bit healthy and stronger. What ever your goal is we can help.


Fitness Classes

Our goal is to create a fun, positive atmosphere while providing you workouts that are constantly mixing it up, and keeping your body on it’s toes to avoid plateaus. The results are a leaner, stronger, heathier you! So whether you’re just trying to be healthier or improve your performance for your next marathon or triathlon, A Personal Fit's Fitness Classes are for you!

Our workouts are designed for every body, whether you’re young or old, male or female, or if you’re just starting out or are an avid exerciser. We have created workouts with low impact or low intensity options.

Cycling Classes

Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the tempo of the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life! Water and towels are a must!

Meal Planning-Nutritional Advice

We can create a meal plan for you or just help you figure out how many grams of each macro you should be eating and what is considered healthy food. 


We use a scientific approach to dieting where you track your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat (macronutrients). Based on your goal and metabolism, you’ll have a target amount of macronutrients to eat each day. As long as you consistently hit these target “macros,” you’ll transform your body! This way you can work in an occasional food that you crave or can go out and eat dinner with your friends and family without feeling guilty. This prevents binge eating and helps you have the ability to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

Body Composition Analysis

Do you get tired of waiting for machines or feel uncomfortable at the bigger Gyms? We limit our memberships to 50 people so that you can have a pleasant experience at the gym. This is 24/7 private studio access.

Figure Competition Training

We are a completely all natural team, we teach our girls how to change their bodies the healthy way. No extreme diets, steroid use, or any sort of performance enhancement drugs. Your personal Coach will help you learn how to diet properly without ruining your metobolism and create personalized workouts based on what you need to work on for your competition class. We make sure you are competing for the right reasons, which is not for a trophy (which is nice, but not a reason to do a show) but help you to transform your body to the best it can be.
