Do you get tired of waiting for machines or feel uncomfortable at the bigger Gyms? A Personal Fit now has more Gym Memberships Available, we limit our memberships to 50 people so that you can have a pleasant experience at the gym. This is 24/7 private studio access.

Nutrition Planning

We can create a meal plan for you or just help you figure out how many grams of each macro you should be eating and what is considered healthy food. 

We use a scientific approach to dieting where you track your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat (macronutrients). Based on your goal and metabolism, you’ll have a target amount of macronutrients to eat each day. As long as you consistently hit these target “macros,” you’ll transform your body!
